Fam Brands operates on a monthly subscription model where customers get new designs delivered to them on their doorstep. They achieve this by their online presence on Shopify and by using third-party services such as Recharge for automatic order placement. These systems worked in silos and there was no proper information flow among these systems, which led to 400 to 500 missed orders per month, resulting in bad customer experience which in turn reduced their Net Promoter Score.
- Modeled sales forecasting module that used historical data points and presented monthly sales projection. Helped management to ask further questions based on data.
