STATEMENT

Cafe Zupas stamped success with a slogan of fresh ingredients in each meal. Around 203 inventory items enter their kitchen each week. To keep their promise of fresh ingredients for each meal Cafe Zupas started looking for a technology peer who could proactively contribute towards their idea of developing a fully integrated supply chain management system that encapsulated complete value chain from raw material procurement to customer order booking and resource planning. Cafe Zupas shortlisted several vendors and, after a thorough analysis, chose Tkxel as the best fit for their technology needs.

Tkxel business team visited several branches and interviewed all stakeholders in relevant departments and also took a deep look at the existing hardware system that recorded the data of important KPIs. Keeping the holistic business problem in mind and also focusing on individual departmental requirements, Tkxel developed a complete supply chain solution that ingested data from existing POS system and ran complex regression algorithm to predict daily sales per branch.
  2. Based on daily sales number and in-house inventory, this platform calculated new inventory required per branch and automatically placed orders to approved vendors.
  3. Digging deep into the numbers it also predicted sales per day part and helped management optimally utilize part-time employees on different branches depending upon peak sales hours.
