The Dynamic Report Builder has more than 80 comprehensive Master Reports which contains operational information about a call center. A user can view any of the assigned Masters Reports to have an idea about their Agent’s Performance, Current Status and other useful information.

Primo

”Primo“ is a part of product suite of a top tier e-Learning education providing company in US. The highly interactive application allows user to play with the graphically presented topics and at the same time learn the subject matter. The application not only provides interactivity but is also fully media enabled giving a new dimension to e-Learning.

Team Room


An in‐house product that dev team has been working on for the past few months. This application is developed in Flex2.0 to enhance collaboration amongst virtual team members. Even though still in its infant stage, the application displays the richness of the user interface that Flex has to offer.

EyeClick


TkXel is developing a high end contact center management solution “EyeClick” as a product for Timna Telecommunications. EyeClick is intended to be used in a call centers with a capacity of nearly thousand agents. The solution will be integrated with the CISCO DB of the call center and later an integration layer will be developed for Avaya solutions. At present we are developing modules related to CRM, CTI, Agent Training, Instant communication and report building.
