Dear Jeramy Shi,

Google definitely leads in a certain area, the Gmail experience, Docs, etc with a lot of dominance, I'd have to agree that they do indeed do good work elsewhere, but Buzz or Wave still need a lot of work. They aren't killer apps in their own right, Google still needs to fine-tune them to become big-time hits.

Thanks for the comment. Stay tuned for more updates.

Cheers.

Personally I think that Google Buzz's release was a little too early, especially with the recent concern of privacy. I also think that Google's possibly going down the same future that Windows experienced around the era of Windows 98. There products and products seem to be less thought through and I feel that rushed in an attempt to be 1st to market, and compete with its competitors releases. The privacy issue was was a problem that did not require was a very simple issue to figure out, a very basic QA session would have shown such issues. Do you think Google may have received too much credit last year?

I think this has been overhyped to its own detriment. The hype has created expectations that clearly weren't met by many potential purchasers, at least with this incarnation of the iPad. Maybe the "iPad 2" or whatever follows it will address some of those issues. I would've also expected the option to connect an iPhone to the iPad to share media content or to use as a tether.

From a mobile developer's standpoint more users is always a benefit, the question is will enough app buying users be purchasing these to make a difference that is relevant.

If it does find some success, perhaps this will drive a new evolution in Android tablets as well.

I was scanning something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your perspective on it is diametrically opposed to what I read to begin with. I am still contemplating over the opposite points of view, but I'm tipped heavily toward yours. And no matter, that's what is so superb about modernized democracy and the marketplace of thoughts on-line.

Dear Serina Sundling,

Thanks for the comment. I'd have to agree with you the potential ability of the iPad to change how things work. We too feel that the case isn't as strong as it was with the iPhone or iPod. Those things just seem to sell themselves, the iPad made us think at the office whether we'd want or not. For the iPhone and iPod, we were sold instantly.

Check out our new blog about the iPad. It'll be up in the iPhone section by today.

Keep following us on our Twitter (http://bit.ly/7H64SM) and Facebook (http://bit.ly/8HvfV6).

Cheers.
