TkXel’s experience in mobile application development has let us become one of the early adaptors of porting apps from various platforms (iPhone, Windows Mobile, WebOS, etc) to the Android platform. Using the Android SDK along with developer insight and intelligence, we have the ability to port apps to the ever-popular Android platform regardless of the source of the app.
Our experience in developing apps for the iPhone platform along with our specialized porting capability has allowed us to launch a new product line for the Android platform. Currently we are developing a number of native and gaming apps as part of our new product line for Android. Our apps will be available very soon from the Android Marketplace for download.
Android development has significantly increased as consumers and developers see the potential of improved hardware and software on Android-compatible phones. Google’s open-source approach to Android, and the customizability of features on the Android platform, developers are enjoying the freedom and flexibility of developing native and gaming apps for the platform. Android’s continuing success as the new open-source OS has helped it take a significant market share in the smartphone OS platform. With plans of Google to provide more support and funding for Android, it is readily apparent that Android will clearly become the next leader for smartphone operating systems.
